Nestled in the heart of Forest Hills, NY, Nick's Pizza stands out as a distinguished Italian restaurant and pizza haven that expertly marries traditional flavors with an inviting neighborhood charm. This is not just another slice joint—it's a culinary experience that honors quality and craftsmanship in every bite.

Specializing in thin, crispy crusts baked in an authentic oven style, Nick's Pizza offers an array of mouthwatering options that cater to classic Italian cravings and adventurous palates alike. Among the highlights, the Margherita Pizza Personal and the Meatball Pie shine brilliantly with fresh mozzarella, tangy tomato sauce, and homemade Italian sausage that bursts with flavor. Complement these with delightful starters like the Caprese Salad, rich with creamy mozzarella and ripe tomatoes, or the crisp Caesar Salad for a refreshing balance.

Dessert lovers will find joy in the decadent Juniors Cheesecake and the house-favorite Cannoli, which provide a perfect, sweet finish. Meanwhile, the robust coffee selection, including a smooth Cappuccino, adds that comforting touch every meal deserves.

The drink menu is thoughtfully curated for pairing, featuring an impressive variety of beers like the delicate Belgian Leffe Blonde and the flavorful Allagash White, as well as wines such as the vibrant Italian Chianti Classico and the crisp New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. These carefully selected options elevate the dining experience, complementing every bite and bringing out nuanced flavors.

Even after a challenging fire, loyal patron James Valente commends how Nick's Pizza quickly recaptured its rhythm, reinforcing its reputation as a Queens staple. While some note the price reflects the premium quality and portion size, the consensus remains that every dollar is worth a memorable, expertly crafted pizza experience.

We wanted to try Nick's pizza in Forest Hills because of the oven style, we were not disappointed, we ordered 2 small pies, Fresh Mozarella with Ricotta and Pepperoni with Italian Sausage and fresh Mozzarella, excellent ingredients, thin and crispy with a fresh tomato sauce, you were able to taste each ingredient, an amazing experience overall.

My first time back since the fire. I was a little nervous with the early reviews but it sounds like they just needed a couple of months to hit their stride. People who say this is the best slice in Queens are right but in my opinion that might actually be underrating it. Also, the service and atmosphere is excellent, and although it's a few bucks more than a generic corner shop, the quality of the ingredients is obvious.

Went in here to grab slices. The guy at the counter said “we don’t do slices but the places around are not as good as ours.” I was immediately sold. This pizza was amazing and perhaps one of the best I’ve had in NY in awhile.

Honestly really good pizza, I understand why many said this is the best pizza in forest hills and this was my first time trying. In my opinion their price is too high. It’s a 16 inch pizza not 18. Price needs to be knocked down about 4/5 dollars. I really enjoyed their sauce. This was a much better version of the lucali pizza to me. It can be sit down joint but also had takeout and the sauce is actually good as well as the dough. Also none of the line up nonsense. My guess is because it’s in queens it will never get that popular because anything past downtown Brooklyn is seen as inferior in the food scene which is unfortunate. But they had a wait on a Thursday night so I’m sure they’re doing just fine. Really solid pizza in the city, do check it out.

Best pizza in the neighborhood for sure. High quality ingredients (which does drive up the cost), old school pizza shop vibes inside down to the super comfortable booths. Highly recommend. Also family friendly and has enough space so you don't feel in the way with a stroller.

Very rare to see a flawless set up. Nick's is one such place. Quality of pizzas is tops. So light. Germaine was so welcoming and her hospitality was outstanding

The only thing better than the pizza was the service. Germain and Johnny were absolutely wonderful hosts and the pizza was some of the best in New York. Pepperoni pizza was fantastic and the cannoli for dessert was out of this world delicious. I was in town for work for the night and gave this place a try and it was as good as I had been told. Highly recommend and will definitely return when I'm in town. Thank you, Nick's!
